Team overview
Four lines: production, R&D, QC and sales
The Huai'an plant and Kunshan R&D centre work together: the plant runs the lines and QC, R&D develops formulas and samples, sales handles clients and delivery follow-up.
Core staff
Critical control points, equipment checks and troubleshooting; able to run a shift independently.
Middle management
Scheduling, cost and cross-department coordination; accountable for delivery.
Senior management
Capacity planning, systems and client mix; accountable for business results.
Career development
Dual track: technical (operator to process or QC engineer) and managerial (team leader to workshop or department head); transfers are discussed per business need and personal preference.
Care
The plant has a canteen, changing rooms and rest areas; production roles rotate shifts; hot and cold-chain roles receive matching protective equipment.
